- Stay Details: Arrival and departure dates, occupant count, and optional context regarding the stay (e.g. travel nursing assignment, corporate relocation, or seasonal residency).
- Verification Records: Timestamps of successful two-factor verification via email and SMS.
3. Two-Step OTP Verification & SMS Privacy
No-Spam & Zero-Telemarketing Guarantee:
Your telephone number is utilized solely to deliver your 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) and for direct transactional lease communications (such as check-in credentials, emergency repair notifications, or departure inspections). We never sell, rent, license, or disclose your telephone number to third-party telemarketers, lead brokers, or advertising networks.
4. Payment Security & Stripe Processing
All security deposit transactions are handled via Stripe Checkout, certified to the highest compliance standard: PCI-DSS Level 1. Julio Rentals never views, handles, intercepts, or retains payment card account numbers or security codes on our infrastructure.
5. Cookies & Web Technologies
We employ strictly necessary first-party cookies and session tokens to preserve booking flow state and language preferences (/en or /es). We do not deploy cross-site tracking pixels or behavioral advertising trackers.
