1. Equal Housing Opportunity Pledge

Stat. §§ 760.20–760.37). 2. Assistance Animals & Service Animal Policy

Under guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Title III of the ADA, assistance animals are recognized as working medical accommodations, not pets:

• Zero Pet Rent or Surcharges: No pet rent, additional pet deposits, or administrative fees are ever assessed for verified assistance animals.
• Verification Protocol: For emotional support animals (ESAs), reliable documentation from a licensed healthcare provider confirming disability-related therapeutic need may be requested in accordance with HUD standards.
• Handler Responsibilities: Assistance animals must remain under handler control at all times, comply with local vaccination requirements, and not compromise neighborhood quiet enjoyment.

3. Reasonable Accommodations & Modifications

Individuals with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations in rules, practices, and services, as well as reasonable physical modifications to premises. Submit accommodation requests directly to stays@julio-rentals.com for prompt review within 5 business days.
