Florida homes, rented by the month.
Four places on the Gulf coast and in South Miami-Dade. Thirty nights minimum, deposit paid online.
Every stay here runs 30 nights or longer. That is not a quirk of the booking form, it is the whole business.
Monthly tenants treat a place like a home rather than a hotel room. It keeps the properties in good shape, it keeps the rates well under what a nightly listing would charge, and it means we can hand over a real lease instead of a booking confirmation. If you need a few nights, we are the wrong people to call.

How booking works
1
Pick your dates
Choose a move-in date and a move-out date at least 30 nights apart. The calendar will not let you pick less.
2
Verify your contact details
We send a code to your email and a second code to your phone. Both have to check out before the booking goes through.
3
Pay the deposit
Stripe takes the reservation deposit on the spot. The card details never touch our server.
4
Sign and move in
We email the lease and an invoice for the balance, due before you collect the keys.

What the deposit does
The deposit you pay through Stripe takes the dates off the calendar immediately. Nobody else can book that month while your lease is being drawn up. It comes off the total, so it is not an extra charge, and the balance is invoiced separately before you move in.
If we cannot deliver the property for the dates you booked, the deposit is returned in full. Our cancellation terms are in the lease, and we will send you a copy before you pay anything.
Check availabilityNot ready to book
Ask about a specific month, a longer lease, pets, or anything the photographs do not answer. We need a working email and phone number so we can actually get back to you.
